Zeppelin II
Zeppelin II is a
quad-rotor flying platform, an improved version of Zeppelin.
Zeppelin
II also uses the self-made low-cost Strapdown Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU)
similar to Zeppelin, however it has three gyroscopes, three accelerometers
and two magnetometers. The magnetometers compensate the yaw
drift. Soon a GPS will also be incorporated which will allow Zeppelin
II to do complete autonomous way-point navigation.
